Quiet Sort of Day

February 13, 2017

Today was a day for relaxing. As much fun as it is to take the jeep out exploring sometimes it is nice to just sit and relax.

One thing we did do was go a little ways down and across the road to meet Clarke and Elaine Hockwald of (Our Newell Adventure). We had come across their blog a couple of years back when we started exploring this lifestyle. It was nice to have the opportunity to meet them in person and get a close up view of their beautiful home. We had a great time getting to know a little about them and learned some new and helpful things about this lifestyle. It was such a nice visit and we could not believe how quickly the time went.  Hopefully, we will have another chance to get together while we are still parked here and next time we remember to take a picture.

Our view as we sat outside drinking our coffee this morning.
I know I keep posting the same view but we love it and never get tired
of sitting out and looking towards what I believe are the Santa Rosa Mountains.

I mentioned that I needed to remember to take and post a picture of the
Stinger B parked here on Rockhouse Road a couple of days ago.
George of Our Awesome Travels reminded me he had taken one and posted
it on his blog.Since, he took such a great picture of our home
I hope he doesn't mind that we re-posted it here.

The sun setting on a lovely day.

As the sun set behind us it lit up the mountains in front of us.
