Happy Birthday and Quick Update

Happy Birthday Rachel!

Our beautiful daughter turned 32 yesterday and we cannot believe how fast the years have gone by. We love you and are proud of the woman you have become. XOXO

Rachel is the mother of three of our grandchildren.

March 16,  2018

We got up yesterday morning, March 15th with a "plan". To drive into Quartzsite and get our wash done, run a couple of errands, and then spend the rest of the day doing nothing.  As we were having our coffee, listening to the wind blow, and knowing we were not going to be sitting outside. We made the decision to pack up and move to Why, AZ.

We are now parked at Coyote Howls East until next Thursday morning. To say the WiFi here is slow would be an understatement and even our hotspot is extremely slow. Any pictures I have tried to download are taking to long. After waiting almost 5 minutes I had one picture .  So unless something changes there will be no Celebrating the Dance Blogs posted while we are here. I am just hoping this will publish.

In the meantime, we hope you are all having a good week and, if you are traveling, we wish you safe travels.

                Happy St. Patrick's Day!

    1. We will do our best...:)
We did have a moment this morning and I downloaded some pictures. I am thinking a lot of people are using it and that is why it is so slow. In the scheme of things not anything to get upset about.

    1. Thank you, Patsy. At least the posts and comments are going through. I am thinking because pictures are such big files that is the problem. Just a little blip in the blogging road...:)

  4. Happy Birthday Rachel. What a lovely young lady she is, those grandchildren are adorable!!

Nothing like moving when the urge hits! We enjoyed Coyote Howls East as well but like you found the wifi to be extremely slow even in the clubhouse. The reason being that people stream movies, videos etc. We noticed two people doing so in the clubhouse while we were there. Our personal wifi didn't do much better but I'm hopeful that when we install a booster that will change significantly.

Enjoy your time there and Happy Irish day to you!!

    1. Thank you, Deb.

I was thinking the same thing, a lot of use. If people are streaming movies and videos that would explain the slow down for sure.

We were going to look into a booster then we only had a problem one other time and put it off. Guess it is time to seriously look into one.

      Stay safe.

  5. Happy birthday to your daughter.

Too bad about the internet connection. Until I lost my Wilson cradle booster, I never worried about internet speed. A booster should solve your slow problem.

    Enjoy your stay.

    1. Thank you, Doug.

We are thinking, you are right, it is time to look into getting a booster. Definitely before we head out next year.

  6. You are definitely blessed to have a beautiful and smart daughter.
I know you use Photo Shop to reduce the picture size so you might have to look at a Signal Booster to help you along.
    Happy St Patrick's Day.
    Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.
