"Yooper" Picnic--Lake Havasu City, AZ

Thursday, March 9, 2017

We headed out to Lake Havasu City this morning to join our fellow "Yoopers". To enjoy a relaxing day talking to old friends and visiting with other "Yoopers". It was a beautiful day with promised blue skies and warm temperatures.

The hand is waving hello.

No matter which way we looked we could see groups of people spending time enjoying each others company, chatting, and enjoying the day.

We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon visiting with this group. (When we got there Jill and Rick had a place in the shade staked out. Thank you guys, it was nice not having to sit out in the direct sun.)

Jill and Rick

Trish and Pat

Mary and Jay

Paula and Tom

Sandy and Irv

Jean and Tony

Lynn and Bryan

The hand waving goodbye under the full moon.
(The little white dot is the moon.)

Heading back to the Stinger B in Kingman looking at the mountains in the
distance and enjoying the end of a wonderful day.

In the distance the sun light just hitting the tops of the Hualapa Mountains.

The last of the sun light turning the
clouds a lovely soft pink.

It was a wonderful day!

but not our hearts."
