Tom finally went and had his haircut today. He ended up at a place called Sports Clips while looking for Cost Cutters. To be clear Tom is directionally challenged and we picked Cost Cutters because it was a pretty direct route from the park. How he ended up at Sports Clips will remain forever a mystery. It was a lucky "detour" he not only had his haircut but because it was his first time there they added a neck message and hot face towel and it only cost $17.00. I am thinking with "Hazel's" help and had this planned all along...lol
Then Tom found a car wash and the Jeep is black and shiny again. Now the Jeep does not need to be embarrassed in Lake Havasu City tomorrow. We will be there gathering with other Yoopers, that have escaped the frozen north to spend time in the warmth of the Southwest, for a picnic. The predicted temperature for tomorrow is 82 degrees so we should feel the warmth.
Other then the ride Tom took we cleaned. Just so you do not think we are extremely slow about this cleaning thing we are actually doing what I would classify as "Spring Cleaning". The other part of this whole cleaning thing is we are retired so there are breaks.
That was our day, taking care of chores yet enjoying the time.
