Slept in this morning and by the time I looked out the sun was heading up and under the clouds. By the time I grabbed my camera and stepped outside it had disappeared behind the cloud covering us. I say cloud because it looked like one giant cloud overhead.

| An hour later I could see a little bit of blue looking towards Dome Rock. |

| Just before we left for Parker we could see blue skies to the north. |

| One of the things we picked up today. Yes, we have decided to jump on the band wagon. |

| Coming back on US-95 the sun is still hiding behind the clouds. |
 |
| I missed the sunset but the sky towards the South below the clouds was pretty. |
 |
| Looking North I could see just a touch of pink between the mountains. |
While picking up a few groceries in Parker and a deal at the Walmart, ice had a rollback only $1.62 for 10 pounds we have been paying $2.49 for 10 pounds here in Quartzsite, we heard from RV Lifestyles. It looks like Norcold is going to send a cooling coil and it could take up to 10 days to get here. Just for the record we are happy with the service we have received from RV Lifestyles in the past and present. Enough said about this whole situation for the present.
With that we will say good night on a day that was mostly a good day.

It's about time.
The reason I finally decided on going with the Instant Pot is the more I read the more the time it took made sense. Plus it has a slow cooker feature. Not giving up my crock pot just yet though...lol Miss our visits with you both, also.

ReplyDeleteWe are doing our best not to let the fridge issue interfere with our time here. Though I will admit there are moments...like when I go to cook and have to search through the coolers for ingredients. Does not matter how many times I re-organize...lol
