Tom and I just wanted to take a minute today to say Thank you for all the lovely 50th Anniversary Wishes. Each one of them will add to the memories when we look back on the day. We feel blessed to have each of you as part of this adventure we are on.

| One last look at what has been our home for the last 21 days. We may have overstayed our limit. |
The tracking for the refrigerator said it was on a truck out for delivery so we decided to think positive thoughts. So while Tom took the Stinger "B" over to RV Pit Stop for Propane I drove over to Dome Rock to look for a place to park for the night. This way we would be closer to RV Lifestyles. Positive thinking worked and while Tom was purchasing the propane RV Lifestyles called and said the refrigerator had been delivered. James at RV Lifestyles had told us as soon as it arrived they would get us in the next day to install it. True to his word we have an appointment at 8 o"clock tomorrow morning.

Tom pulled into our spot then joined me in the Jeep so we could go have a late lunch. Just as we started to drive away a Jeep Cherokee pulled in. Out looking for a spot to park they spotted our Pathfinder and decided to stop and say hi. They are fellow Pathfinder owners, though not the same color as the Stinger "B", from Arkansas. We shared some fun stories and a short but nice chat. I do not know how many times I have written the following words in this blog or read them in other blogs but they are worth repeating. What a wonderful lifestyle this is. The people we have met along the way are all special and bring a smile to our lives. As they pulled away I said to Tom, we should have asked to take a picture so Tom followed them, honked, and they pulled over. They graciously agreed to a picture and said it would be okay to publish on the blog.

ReplyDeleteWe would say the same thing about this lifestyle over 13 years fulltime, we have hundreds of amazing people, just because we all have something in common, (an Rv).
It is nice to have a fridge again...😊
DeleteIt is amazing how having an RV and living this lifestyle makes such a difference when it comes to meeting people. Back at home in the State Park we will be surrounded by Weekend Warriors and they are to busy having a party and or family time to do more then say hi. Not criticizing we were in that same place back in the day. Lots of good memories.
